Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) João Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Motta in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Ibiapora's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Leme came free, but João Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in II Vasco II's zone, Kléber Baiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dráuzio Breckenfeld came out of the goal and Kléber Baiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Rafa Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, II Vasco II's Antônio Carlos Magalhães broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 20 minutes into the game, Kléber Baiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dráuzio Breckenfeld. Kléber Baiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Flavinho Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráuzio Breckenfeld having to interfere. After 27 minutes of play, II Vasco II's Manuel Leme made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Furtado was left in no man's land by his defense there! When II Vasco II's Manuel Leme in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibiapora's goalie prevented a goal. If Manuel Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeu do Nascimento in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Furtado saved Ibiapora from getting behind. João Furtado came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by II Vasco II's Joaquim Motta. But to his dismay, Joaquim Motta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Kléber Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibiapora's supporters rose to their feet, but Kléber Baiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dráuzio Breckenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeu do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Furtado having to interfere. The Ibiapora players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. II Vasco II were winning 1-2.

II Vasco II's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antônio Carlos Magalhães in the 54th minute. A nice corner shot did that Antônio Carlos Magalhães got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Furtado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kléber Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. João Furtado made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Joaquim Motta sent off a good shot on target. Joaquim Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Leme in the 61st minute of the match. Manuel Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Furtado having to interfere. Kléber Baiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráuzio Breckenfeld having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Ibiapora's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Leme came free, but João Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Manuel Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavinho Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Motta struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. João Furtado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for II Vasco II. 90 minutes into the game, Zé Augusto Ferraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. João Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. João Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Leme in the 94th minute of play. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Manuel Leme sped through Ibiapora's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Furtado. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. II Vasco II walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
