Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedro Luiz Simões got the match started through his kick off. Pedro Luiz Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Marimbas's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Salgado came free, but Jeferson Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeferson Cruz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Renan Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Luiz Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jeferson Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Simões in the 19th minute of play forced Marimbas's goalkeeper Jeferson Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guarani FC's Laércio Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Negri in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luiz Simões in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeferson Cruz saved Marimbas from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Marimbas's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luiz Simões came free, but Jeferson Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Tadeu Valladares in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Guarani FC's Anselmo Pinho. Caetano Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson Cruz having to interfere. Gil Albuquerque hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marimbas's zone, Pedro Luiz Simões stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeferson Cruz came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Simões tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Renan Negri to make the kick off. Geovanni Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson Cruz having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Marimbas got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Rossi. Jeferson Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Simões in the 57th minute of play. Gil Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luiz Simões in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeferson Cruz saved Marimbas from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Guarani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrício Abraão came free, but Laércio Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Guarani FC booed when Marimbas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelinho Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Mumbach got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Francisco Mumbach hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Yan Simão came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Guarani FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yan Simão couldn't finish the play. If Duda Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Pedro Luiz Simões who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marimbas's Jeferson Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caetano Salgado struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Jeferson Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guarani FC. Guarani FC's Laércio Antunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Guarani FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Felipe de Godoy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laércio Antunes. That made the score 2-1 in the 90 minute of play. Guarani FC's attentive Yan Simão managed to snatch the ball when Carlinhos Rossi made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. When Guarani FC's Pedro Luiz Simões in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marimbas's goalie prevented a goal. 97 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Simões notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Marimbas's Jeferson Cruz. Jeferson Cruz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Guarani FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
