Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafinha Munhoz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11thth minute of the game Arnaldo Furlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Arnaldo Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute Rafinha Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laércio Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Arnaldo Furlan made a precise shot to the right of Laércio Aguiar. Brave Tricolor SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 27 played minutes Brave Tricolor SC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Souto. After 29 minutes, Emanuel Souto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brave Tricolor SC and the Manguaça players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Emanuel Souto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Furlan in the 30th minute of play. Rafinha Munhoz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Marcelo Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Emanuel Souto struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Benjamim Severo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brave Tricolor SC. Arnaldo Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Laércio Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Rafinha Munhoz made the kick off in the second half. If Felippe Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabrício Guerra during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brave Tricolor SC's Fabrício Guerra got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Ulisses Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Válbson Lopez fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manguaça's protests and gave Válbson Lopez a yellow card for diving instead. 70 minutes into the match, Brave Tricolor SC's Wágner Recife broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rafinha Munhoz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laércio Aguiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Laércio Aguiar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Furlan in the 87th minute. Laércio Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafinha Munhoz in the 88th minute of the match. Rafinha Munhoz in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Manguaça's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
