Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonçalo Guerra took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gonçalo Guerra kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elano de Lima. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Maruda in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Netto saved Nordeste Tech ES from getting behind. In the 13th minute Igor Maruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Maruda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Netto came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Itonia AD's Nando Coelho. But to his dismay, Nando Coelho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 29th minute Igor Maruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamílton Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Aldo Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itonia AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Netto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Igor Maruda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Alex Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 45 minutes into the match, Itonia AD's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Guerra came free, but Elano de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Igor Maruda made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Itonia AD's Igor Maruda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Netto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Aldo Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Alex Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Gilmar Pirani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes Nordeste Tech ES got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Barral. 71 minutes into the match, Itonia AD's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Carvalho came free, but Elano de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilmar Pirani hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Itonia AD's Elano de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Guerra in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Nordeste Tech ES booed when Itonia AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Bronder didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Nordeste Tech ES's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Medeiros came free, but Alex Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes Nordeste Tech ES got a freekick which was hit by Guga Zonta. Alex Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Medeiros in the 86th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kauã Vidal during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nordeste Tech ES's Kauã Vidal got a free kick in the 88th minute. Nordeste Tech ES's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Miguel Medeiros scored to the left of an out of position Alex Netto, making the score, 1-6. Elano de Lima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonçalo Guerra went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Itonia AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
