Betão Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé de Lima in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Micaelos F C's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Vides came free, but Richard Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Micaelos F C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jota P Assis:s goal. After some careless play in the Jota P Assis defense, Dedé de Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Betão Mendonça. The Jota P Assis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Betão Mendonça should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Hugo Tavares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Rezende was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute Betão Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes, Thiago Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jota P Assis and the Micaelos F C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jota P Assis getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Thiago Vides hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Tavares to strike the kick off in the second half. Richard Rezende stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Tavares's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 53rdth minute of the game Betão Araújo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jota P Assis's Betão Mendonça was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th minute, Betão Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 56 played minutes Micaelos F C got a freekick which was hit by Dedé de Lima. Dedé de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Tales Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Richard Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Célio Paraibano in the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Jota P Assis's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Araújo came free, but Betão Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júlio Vander got free with Betão Mendonça in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richard Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matheus Veiga in the 72nd minute of the match. If Matheus Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Jota P Assis's Betão Mendonça got control of the ball when Gualter Motta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jota P Assis's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Betão Araújo scored to the left of an out of position Betão Mendonça, making the score, 1-2. A collision led to Jota P Assis getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Serginho Cerezo hit a great ball. After 94 minutes of play Jota P Assis's Thiago Vides was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Micaelos F C booed when Jota P Assis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Vides didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Dedé de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Micaelos F C's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedé de Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betão Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Micaelos F C played a much better game than Jota P Assis and deserved their victory. The Jota P Assis players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
