Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Josué Cavalcante got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Indio defense, Nico Ferreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Washington Valle. The Indio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Washington Valle should have stopped the shot. Josué Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademir Tasso having to interfere. Indio's Josué Cavalcante got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Indio's Sandro Siqueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ademir Tasso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ademir Tasso was a little too slow when Sandro Siqueira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-1. The long shot by Vladimir Linhares in the 24th minute really tested Ademir Tasso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Juraraita getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Manfredo Donatello hit a great ball. Sandro Siqueira in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ademir Tasso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 47thth minute of the game Nico Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Indio's Washington Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nico Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Washington Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademir Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Cavalcante in the 56th minute of play. Washington Valle didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. After having played for 62 minutes, Nico Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juraraita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nico Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Indio's Laércio Fontes got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Júnior Moraes came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Washington Valle could save by the left post. Sandro Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Josué Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademir Tasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Siqueira in the 75th minute of play forced Juraraita's goalkeeper Ademir Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juraraita's Ademir Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Cavalcante in the 76th minute of play. After 79 played minutes, Juraraita's Cláudio Sarmento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Washington Valle came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juraraita reached it. Nico Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Washington Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Indio's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Ferreira came free, but Washington Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Juraraita's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Siqueira came free, but Ademir Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laércio Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Washington Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Ferreira in the 95th minute of play. Juraraita's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
