Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Téo de Queiroz started the match with the kick off. Raimundo Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Eugênio Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Brasil hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th match minute, Santos Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Brasil to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Téo de Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Eugênio Tasso. Solar Group FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Santos Futebol Clube's Arnaldo Almeida got a free kick in the 24th minute. When Arnaldo Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Santos Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Almeida couldn't finish the play. César Aguiar scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilmar de Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Solar Group FC's César Aguiar got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Arnaldo Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eugênio Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Téo de Queiroz in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugênio Tasso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jarbas Moreira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gilmar de Lima firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jarbas Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Gilmar de Lima made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Solar Group FC's André Luís Leão got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Víktor Correia to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Santos Futebol Clube booed when Solar Group FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes Solar Group FC got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Leão. Eugênio Tasso didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Clóvis Pinheiro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Téo de Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Tasso having to interfere. Téo de Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Eugênio Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Solar Group FC's goal looked a bit too open when Téo de Queiroz came free, but Eugênio Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugênio Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Ramos in the 75th minute of the match. When Santos Futebol Clube's Téo de Queiroz in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Solar Group FC's goalie prevented a goal. Santos Futebol Clube's Arnaldo Almeida managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Flavinho Proença in the 82 minute of the game. Téo de Queiroz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugênio Tasso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Gilmar de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Correia in the 84th minute of the match. Gilmar de Lima came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Solar Group FC's César Aguiar. But to his dismay, César Aguiar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Solar Group FC's Eugênio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Téo de Queiroz in the 97th minute of play.
