André Luís Leão hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Tesoura's Ediberto Peres in 17 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Eugênio Tasso guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ediberto Peres sped through Solar Group FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugênio Tasso. Solar Group FC's Eugênio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro de Lara in the 21st minute of play. Eugênio Tasso didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tesoura's Sandro de Lara shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. One of Tesoura:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Solar Group FC:s goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Tesoura's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
