Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roberto Brasil made the kick off which started today's match. If Emanuel Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Brasil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Cléberson Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Mandrak in the 14th minute of play. Reynaldo Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Brasil in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Horácio Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cléberson Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Joel Mandrak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iaunari fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Deivid Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Iaunari's zone, Tiaguinho Freire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Moraes came out of the goal and Tiaguinho Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luiz Leão threw the ball into play from the sideline. Família Araujo FC's Perivaldo Mineiro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Iaunari's Reynaldo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleiton Maranhense in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match, Tiaguinho Corrêa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cléberson Mandrak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Família Araujo FC's Fellipe Schmidt got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute Horácio Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cléberson Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Iaunari's Joel Mandrak got a free kick in the 39th minute. Família Araujo FC's Roberto Brasil got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Moraes came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Família Araujo FC's Fellipe Schmidt. But to his dismay, Fellipe Schmidt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 55th match minute, Iaunari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Queirós to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 58 minutes, Roberto Brasil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Família Araujo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Brasil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joel Mandrak kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Tiaguinho Freire notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Iaunari's Reynaldo Moraes. Reynaldo Moraes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberto Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Roberto Brasil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Família Araujo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Brasil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Família Araujo FC booed when Iaunari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Mandrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Brasil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Moraes made a huge save.
