Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Orlando Gerber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arí Simões was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. After 3 played minutes Marmelada SC got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Silveira. Tarcisio Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Dias having to interfere. The supporters of Marmelada SC booed when Licio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto de Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Tarcisio Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marmelada SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarcisio Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardinho Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Celso Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marmelada SC's Sílvio Luís Vaz got a free kick in the 15th minute. Isaltino Saraiva struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Arí Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Licio FC. After 18 played minutes Marmelada SC got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Silveira. After a rather tough play, Licio FC's Ezequiel Meireles got a free kick in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ricardinho Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marmelada SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Dias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arí Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toninho Branco charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toninho Branco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Toninho Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, Licio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Celso Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Figueiredo in the 33rd minute of play forced Licio FC's goalkeeper Celso Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Marmelada SC booed when Licio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toninho Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tarcisio Hoffmann came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Marmelada SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarcisio Hoffmann couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Marmelada SC's Tarcisio Hoffmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Dias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricardinho Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Celso Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarcisio Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Dias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Gerber made a kick off. Celso Dias came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Marmelada SC's Ricardinho Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Ricardinho Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 62 minutes of play, Marmelada SC's Ricardinho Figueiredo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Dias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Figueiredo in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 played minutes Licio FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Augusto de Toledo. In the 76th minute, Ricardinho Figueiredo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marmelada SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ricardinho Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Celso Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Isaltino Saraiva made a precise shot to the right of Arí Simões. Marmelada SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. If Ricardinho Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
