Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cleiton Rosado made the kick off and thus started the match. Cleiton Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Vieira having to interfere. Cleiton Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Dinei Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleiton Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Custódio Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sericita FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Gernando Bastos hit a great ball. When Cleiton Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Sericita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleiton Rosado couldn't finish the play. Amílton Rossi might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei Vieira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amílton Rossi ran back to his position shaking his head. Amílton Rossis short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Dinei Vieira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cleiton Rosado struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Dinei Vieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sericita FC. 48 minutes into the match, Tapa's goal looked a bit too open when Cleiton Rosado came free, but Dinei Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Amílton Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Vieira having to interfere. When Armindo Valladares fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tapa's protests and gave Armindo Valladares a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Tapa got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Valladares. Dinei Vieira came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Sericita FC's Cleiton Rosado. But to his dismay, Cleiton Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Tapa's Armindo Valladares got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76th match minute, Sericita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo de Barros to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tapa's zone, Amílton Rossi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinei Vieira came out of the goal and Amílton Rossi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Cleiton Rosado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapa's Dinei Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Amílton Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Custódio Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Loyola having to interfere. Dinei Vieira came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Sericita FC's Amílton Rossi. But to his dismay, Amílton Rossi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sericita FC fully deserved thier win.
