After 52 played minutes SrMadrugaContador got a freekick which was hit by Dé Trevisan. In the 58thth minute of the game Dé Trevisan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruz's Rui Nóbrega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeu Paraibano in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeu Paraibano in the 61st managed to get into a good position. Ricardinho Pontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Zé Pedro de Castro made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SrMadrugaContador fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cruz had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
