After a rather tough play, Justinopolis AD's Jorge Alcântara got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 5th minute Chicão Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeu Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavinho Viana having to interfere. Chicão Munhoz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Váldson de Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mugiwaras AL FC. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Lúcio Abreu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 16th match minute, Mugiwaras AL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Vides to maneuver through the defense. Kiko Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavinho Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Mugiwaras AL FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Justinopolis AD:s goal. Almir Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Flavinho Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Gabriel Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Justinopolis AD getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Agenor Antunes hit a great ball. The Mugiwaras AL FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Justinopolis AD were winning 0-1.

After 72 minutes Justinopolis AD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chicão Munhoz who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Chicão Munhoz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Justinopolis AD's Váldson de Amorim did a great save. Gabriel Garcia hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino do Vale during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Justinopolis AD got a freekick which was hit by Lino do Vale. In the 76th minute, Lúcio Abreu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mugiwaras AL FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Váldson de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Abreu in the 85th minute of the match. Kiko Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Kiko Costa notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Justinopolis AD's Váldson de Amorim. Váldson de Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mugiwaras AL FC fully deserved thier win.
