If Yuri Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute Léo Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Yuri Corrêa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Percy de Azevedo. Jaguatei AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yuri Corrêa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. César Madureira kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by César Madureira during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Jaguatei AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Madureira to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 20 minutes, Yuri Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ingazeiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lino Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Dito Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léo Azevedo in the 28th minute of play forced Jaguatei AD's goalkeeper Percy de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ingazeiro's Gil Garcia got a free kick in the 29th minute. Percy de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Corrêa in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Romário Sampaio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ingazeiro's Dito Luz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ingazeiro's Dito Luz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Ingazeiro from getting a goal against them. If Léo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Jaguatei AD's Percy de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Azevedo in the 54th minute of play. When Lino Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Jaguatei AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Saldanha couldn't finish the play. Percy de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Léo Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Dito Luz came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Jaguatei AD's Romário Sampaio. But to his dismay, Romário Sampaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bernardinho dos Santos hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Romário Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Romário Sampaio made a precise shot to the right of Dito Luz. Ingazeiro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Dito Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Saldanha in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Yuri Corrêa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Percy de Azevedo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dito Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Sampaio in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Saldanha in the 90th minute of play forced Ingazeiro's goalkeeper Dito Luz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardinho dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Léo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yuri Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
