Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Samuel Messias came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Tatuquara's Régis Melo. But to his dismay, Régis Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Léo Rezende in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fernando Maciel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aracu SS's Samuel Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo de Godoy in the 11th minute of play. Armindo de Godoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Messias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armindo de Godoy ran back to his position shaking his head. Aracu SS's Samuel Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo de Godoy in the 13th minute of play. Belchior Vides hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Régis Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Léo Rezende got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuel Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armindo de Godoy in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Aracu SS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Belchior Vides hit a great ball. Silvério Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Luiz Fernando Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Léo Rezende came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Aracu SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Rezende couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When Silvério Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Aracu SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Mendonça couldn't finish the play. After 54 played minutes Tatuquara got a freekick which was hit by Manolo Prado. After 56 played minutes Aracu SS got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Novaes. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Fabiano Alcântara during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Tatuquara. César Favoretto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Samuel Messias. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Melo in the 66th minute of play forced Aracu SS's goalkeeper Samuel Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Silvério Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Aracu SS getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Alcântara hit a great ball. With a little luck, Aracu SS's Samuel Messias got control of the ball when Armindo de Godoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvério Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Aracu SS booed when Tatuquara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Silvério Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aracu SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Léo Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Mendonça in the 87th minute of play forced Tatuquara's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Fabiano Alcântara hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aracu SS's goalkeeper Samuel Messias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Aracu SS's zone, Régis Melo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Messias came out of the goal and Régis Melo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tatuquara walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
