Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Crisciuma FC's Lauro da Rocha started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ricardinho Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Crisciuma FC's Natã Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Félix in the 7th minute of play. Ricardinho Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Ipauarana's Ricardinho Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ipauarana from getting a goal against them. Marcus Rossi struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ricardinho Baiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crisciuma FC. Marcus Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauro da Rocha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardinho Baiano came out and tried to block the shot, but Lauro da Rocha slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Marcus Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crisciuma FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Rossi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardinho Baiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcus Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ricardinho Baiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ipauarana's Ricardinho Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro da Rocha in the 41st minute of play. Ricardinho Baiano was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Lauro da Rocha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lauro da Rocha really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nilmar Félix made a kick off. Crisciuma FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Ipauarana's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reynaldo Correia took the corner. Jonas Ferreira was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crisciuma FC's goalkeeper Natã Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Marcus Rossi came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Crisciuma FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Rossi couldn't finish the play. Lauro da Rocha scored 4-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardinho Baiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th match minute, Ipauarana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho Netto to maneuver through the defense. Telmo Moraes tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ricardinho Baiano. An unnecessary self made goal, 5-2 in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Lauro da Rocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Ricardinho Baiano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Zonta during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ipauarana! In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Crisciuma FC. Reynaldo Correia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ricardinho Baiano. 7-2. After a rather tough play, Crisciuma FC's Tiaguinho Andrade got a free kick in the 88th minute. When the referee ended the match the Crisciuma FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
