Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reynaldo Viana started the match with the kick off. If Manolo Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Guilherme Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manolo Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tostão Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Manolo Hoffmann came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Itarema fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manolo Hoffmann couldn't finish the play. After 24 minutes, Guto Brasil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itarema and the Lucaslandia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Itarema's Guto Brasil got a free kick in the 24th minute. A collision led to Itarema getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Guto Brasil hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Itarema's goalkeeper Ricardo Tande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaltino Medeiros. After a rather tough play, Itarema's Reynaldo Freire got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 35 minutes Itarema's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zé Roberto Arantes who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Lucaslandia's Faustão Vieira to fire away a dangerous shot which Ricardo Tande despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tostão Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manolo Hoffmann's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Tostão Neves came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Itarema's Manolo Hoffmann. But to his dismay, Manolo Hoffmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 43 minutes into the match, Manolo Hoffmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tostão Neves. Lucaslandia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manolo Hoffmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Tostão Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manolo Hoffmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lucaslandia! The goalkeeper, Tostão Neves, was totally fooled by Itarema's Tiaguinho Soeiro, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 58 played minutes Itarema's Manolo Hoffmann stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Tostão Neves stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Lucaslandia of the goal. If Manolo Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvério Gaúcho hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Lucaslandia got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Medeiros. The supporters of Lucaslandia booed when Itarema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes, Isaltino Medeiros made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Itarema's Ricardo Tande tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tostão Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Guilherme Madureira in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Itarema booed when Lucaslandia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manolo Hoffmann's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Tostão Neves skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Itarema's Ricardo Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Viana in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Manolo Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itarema's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolo Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Itarema's Manolo Hoffmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tostão Neves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When Reynaldo Freire fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itarema's protests and gave Reynaldo Freire a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Itarema got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Freire. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manolo Hoffmann got free with Tostão Neves in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Reynaldo Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Reynaldo Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Manolo Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tostão Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5.
