Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Valadares in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tostão Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mathias Alagoano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tostão Neves. Lucaslandia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, André Valadares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tombo's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Valadares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernesto Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tostão Neves having to interfere. Lucaslandia's Tostão Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Lucaslandia from getting a goal against them. Tostão Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Severo in the 37th minute. Lucaslandia's Reynaldo Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Lucaslandia's Tostão Neves got control of the ball when Ernesto Severo tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Reynaldo Viana made the kick off in the second half. Jefferson Gaspar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tostão Neves. Lucaslandia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaltino Medeiros got free with Ismael Lara in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tostão Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Severo in the 68th minute of the match. Ernesto Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tostão Neves having to interfere. Reynaldo Viana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Zé Carlos Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Reynaldo Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-0 when André Valadares sped through Lucaslandia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tostão Neves. After 91 minutes of play, Tombo's André Valadares made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tostão Neves was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the match, Lucaslandia's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Severo came free, but Tostão Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lucaslandia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tombo.
