After 11 played minutes Antiga FC got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Pontes. If Hernani Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th of the match, Sílvio Mello tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Silvério Ortiz got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Osvaldo Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafinha Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Bruninho da Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruninho da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Madureira in the 41st minute of the match. Osvaldo Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruninho da Silva having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Cauã Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruninho da Silva was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Madureira was the one to do the kick off. Bruninho da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Madureira in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match Hermínio Gaspar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruninho da Silva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Rafinha Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canafistinha SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antiga FC the free kick. A collision led to Canafistinha SS getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rafinha Gomes hit a great ball. Osvaldo Madureira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruninho da Silva having to make a save. After 61 minutes of play, Antiga FC's Cauã Nascimento made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruninho da Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 64 minutes, Cauã Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antiga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cauã Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruninho da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Madureira in the 67th minute of the match. Bruninho da Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cauã Nascimento in the 69th minute. When Antiga FC's Osvaldo Madureira in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canafistinha SS's goalie prevented a goal. Canafistinha SS's Bruninho da Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Madureira in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Canafistinha SS got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Eger. If Cauã Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute of the match, Osvaldo Madureira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruninho da Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 90th minute, Sílvio Mello made a precise shot to the right of Silvério Ortiz. Antiga FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Cauã Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Bruninho da Silva made a huge save. A collision led to Canafistinha SS getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Carlinhos Eger hit a great ball. The Antiga FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
