Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felipe Passos started the match with the kick off. Registro FC's Felipe Passos got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Teles in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cássio Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cássio Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Geovânio Guerra acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 19th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Celso Recife. Geovânio Guerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chicão da Fonseca in the 20th minute of play. The nice shot from Chicão da Fonseca in the 21stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Geovânio Guerra had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Geovânio Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Digo Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Teles in the 30th minute of play forced Grande SS's goalkeeper Cássio Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Digo Mangueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grande SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Digo Mangueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovânio Guerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, Reinaldo Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Digo Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rodolfo Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando França's late challenge caught a Registro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando França helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Grande SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando França to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Digo Mangueira to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Cássio Barbosa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rodolfo Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Registro FC's Geovânio Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Digo Mangueira in the 58th minute of play. If Rodolfo Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Grande SS's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Passos came free, but Cássio Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 75 minutes, Chicão da Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grande SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chicão da Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute of the match, Rodolfo Teles got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cássio Barbosa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Registro FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
