Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sérgio Cruz took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Mauro de Lima got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Dé da Silveira fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itamaraca's protests and gave Dé da Silveira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Dé da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aílton Dias was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Percival Branco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Tusk was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Artur Tusk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Itamaraca getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Clemente Amorim hit a great ball. Mauro de Lima who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Cristiano Félix when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Percival Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Tusk having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Itamaraca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Félix was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Régis de Alcântara. Mauro de Limas short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Cristiano Félix to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half Cuiabazinho SC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Percival Branco to make the kick off. When Cuiabazinho SC's Percival Branco in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itamaraca's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64thth minute of the game Percival Branco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itamaraca's Artur Tusk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Noel Freire's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Tusk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After 68 minutes, Giovanni Mazza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuiabazinho SC and the Itamaraca players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 69 minutes, Mauro de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itamaraca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro de Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cuiabazinho SC's Cristiano Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Cruz in the 71st minute of play. Mauro de Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Sérgio Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristiano Félix was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Cristiano Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro de Lima's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Cuiabazinho SC's Cristiano Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro de Lima in the 95th minute of play. Cuiabazinho SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
