After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Betinho Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coco's supporters rose to their feet, but Betinho Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonsinho Coutinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th minute Betinho Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonsinho Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Coco's Betinho Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs's zone, Alfredinho Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonsinho Coutinho came out of the goal and Alfredinho Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamim Souza's late challenge caught a Coco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamim Souza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Souza to maneuver through the defense. Perivaldo Rezende took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Afonsinho Coutinho. Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Betinho Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho Coutinho having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Torres in the 16th minute of play forced Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs's goalkeeper Afonsinho Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredinho Torres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonsinho Coutinho having to make a save. Luisão Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Geovânio Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Coco getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Naldo Arósio hit a great ball. In the last second Geovânio Mandrak throw himself and got hold of the ball when Luisão Cavalcante in the 31stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Geovânio Mandrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ediberto Jacinto in the 34th minute. Ediberto Jacinto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 36th playminute. When Ediberto Jacinto came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ediberto Jacinto couldn't finish the play. Luisão Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute of the match Maurício Teles shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geovânio Mandrak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs's Ediberto Jacinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geovânio Mandrak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 74th minute, Ediberto Jacinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs's Ediberto Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ediberto Jacinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Mandrak having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Severino Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Luisão Cavalcante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geovânio Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ediberto Jacinto in the 95th minute of play. Atlétic Club BadBoys jrs were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Coco for a fine match.
