Ezequiel Paraibano made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Belmiro Pontes sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Belmiro Pontes could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Ezequiel Paraibano however easily saved by the left post. The goalkeeper, Ezequiel Paraibano, was totally fooled by Espinhal's Murillo Godoi, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After having played for 15 minutes, Belmiro Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espinhal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belmiro Pontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Perivaldo Baiano's late challenge caught a Espinhal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Perivaldo Baiano helped the player get up and apologised. Ezequiel Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Dankowski in the 18th minute of the match. Belmiro Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Paraibano having to interfere. Ezequiel Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwidon Dankowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Custódio Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Espinhal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agostinho Peres to maneuver through the defense. Wellington Araújo's late challenge caught a Calcamento's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wellington Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Espinhal getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Wellington Araújo hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes, Espinhal's Murillo Godoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ezequiel Paraibano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Espinhal reached it. During the 38th minute of the match Perivaldo Baiano completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Perivaldo Baiano a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 39th minute, Perivaldo Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Dankowski in the 43rd minute of play. Ezequiel Paraibano made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Belmiro Pontes sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gwidon Dankowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Espinhal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Espinhal's goalkeeper César Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Custódio Maciel. The supporters of Calcamento booed when Espinhal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agostinho Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Custódio Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 3-0 became the score in the 65th minute when Gwidon Dankowski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ezequiel Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Gwidon Dankowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Paraibano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gwidon Dankowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Gwidon Dankowski took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ezequiel Paraibano. Ezequiel Paraibano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 80th minute Gwidon Dankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Pontes in the 83rd minute of the match. Custódio Maciel struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. César Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calcamento. Ezequiel Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Dankowski in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Gwidon Dankowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Belmiro Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Calcamento's Custódio Maciel stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but César Simões stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Espinhal of the goal. Custódio Maciel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but César Simões made a huge save.
