Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mirando AD's Patrick Peixoto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Mirando AD's zone, Vicente Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marquinhos Paes came out of the goal and Vicente Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rômulo Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Cesinha Guerra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rui Hermes skillfully saved the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Fabrício Ferraz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rui Hermes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rita FC's Rui Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Peixoto in the 18th minute of play. Conrado Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Hermes having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Mirando AD got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Braga. In the 24th minute, Júlio Andrade sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mirando AD's Marquinhos Paes didn't even have to move. Mirando AD's Conrado Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Conrado Lima came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Mirando AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Lima couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Souza during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Rita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Souza to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Hermes having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dinei Loureiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Mirando AD's Marquinhos Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Pontes in the 53rd minute of play. Marquinhos Paes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Pontes's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, Mirando AD's Rômulo Aguiar got a free kick in the 55th minute. When the match had been going on for 62 minutes, Mirando AD's Fabrício Ferraz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rui Hermes. Délio Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquinhos Paes having to interfere. Marquinhos Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Patrick Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Lima's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Rui Hermes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 92nd minute, Patrick Peixoto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rui Hermes, passed just outside the right post. Mirando AD's Rômulo Aguiar got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Rita FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mirando AD's performance. The match ended with a win for Mirando AD.
