Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vinícius Guedes kicked off to start the match. Carlos Eduardo Linares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vinícius Guedes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. With a little luck, Carnaubal's Carlos Eduardo Linares got control of the ball when Geovânio Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Kaká Paraibano fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carnaubal's protests and gave Kaká Paraibano a yellow card for diving instead. Kaká Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Geovânio Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo Linares made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eriberto de Medeiros during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Anêmicos Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Eriberto de Medeiros hit a great ball. Teodoro Pombal's late challenge caught a Carnaubal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Pombal helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Eduardo Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius Guedes in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Anêmicos Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gonçalo Alagoano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Vinícius Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match, Vinícius Guedes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Eduardo Linares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 38 played minutes Carnaubal got a freekick which was hit by Aloísio Santana. 41 minutes into the match, Carnaubal's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Linares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovânio Montenegro. A collision led to Carnaubal getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Aloísio Santana hit a great ball. Geovânio Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Linares having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Guedes in the 47th minute of play forced Carnaubal's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erasmo Lopes was the one to do the kick off. Carnaubal's Carlos Eduardo Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Branco in the 52nd minute of play. Amadeu Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Carnaubal getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Amadeu Lucas hit a great ball. Carlos Eduardo Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovânio Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Carnaubal's Carlos Eduardo Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Guedes in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Geovânio Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anêmicos Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovânio Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Carlos Eduardo Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinícius Guedes in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Eduardo Linares saved Carnaubal from getting behind. Gilvan Dante charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilvan Dante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 67 minutes into the game, one of Anêmicos Futebol Clube:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Carnaubal. Samuca Damião stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gonçalo Alagoano. 1-1. Geovânio Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Aloísio Santana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carnaubal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anêmicos Futebol Clube the free kick. Aloísio Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Carlos Eduardo Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Montenegro in the 83rd minute of play. Geovânio Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geovânio Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Eduardo Linares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 93 minutes, Geovânio Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anêmicos Futebol Clube and the Carnaubal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anêmicos Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gonçalo Alagoano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anêmicos Futebol Clube were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
