Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Oswaldo Neves made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5thth minute of the game Dito Almeida who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tristeza SC's Raúl de Queirós was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oswaldo Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Dito Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Martelandia SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dito Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raúl de Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Oswaldo Neves sped through Tristeza SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raúl de Queirós. In the 19th minute Dito Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raúl de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oswaldo Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oswaldo Neves scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raúl de Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oswaldo Neves's late challenge caught a Tristeza SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oswaldo Neves helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Oswaldo Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Tristeza SC's goal looked a bit too open when Dito Almeida came free, but Raúl de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dito Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dito Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Raúl de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dito Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Martelandia SC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Tristeza SC's Germano Santos got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 67th minute, Váldson Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Tristeza SC's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Neves came free, but Raúl de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oswaldo Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl de Queirós having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Martelandia SC's Raúl de Queirós threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oswaldo Neves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 76th minute, Oswaldo Neves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chico Sá's late challenge caught a Martelandia SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chico Sá helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Tristeza SC got a freekick which was hit by Chico Sá. When Oswaldo Neves came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Martelandia SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oswaldo Neves couldn't finish the play.
