Tiaguinho Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastião Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gustavo Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cauã Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cauã Guedes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiaguinho Miranda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Guedes in the 24th minute of play forced Taquaril's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Taquaril's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã Guedes came free, but Tiaguinho Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Vinhas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastião Diniz in the 29th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Cauã Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cauã Guedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 40 minutes, Hélio Perez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taquaril and the Florania players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moisés Cunha succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Jairo Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Vinhas having to interfere. The Taquaril players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Florania were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cauã Guedes to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Florania's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Diniz came free, but Gustavo Vinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Diniz in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Jairo Pontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Cauã Guedes notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Taquaril's Tiaguinho Miranda. Tiaguinho Miranda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carlos Augusto Linares's late challenge caught a Taquaril's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Sebastião Diniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 67 minutes of play, Florania's Moisés Cunha made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiaguinho Miranda was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Cauã Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Florania's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauã Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiaguinho Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvaldo Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Tiaguinho Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernão Alagoano hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Jairo Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Taquaril booed when Florania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Taquaril's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Miranda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moisés Cunha. 88 minutes into the match, Cauã Guedes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiaguinho Miranda, 1-6. Pedro Augusto Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Marcus Donato was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Florania's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
