Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mogi Masters's Enrique Quadros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Mogi Masters's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Damião came free, but Robin Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinícius Meira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Robin Courtois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11thth minute of the game Enrique Quadros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibiassuce AD's Betinho Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robin Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilbert Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betinho Reis having to interfere. With a little luck, Mogi Masters's Robin Courtois got control of the ball when Vinícius Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilbert Alvarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robin Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Damião, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Severino Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Courtois having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Diogo Teixeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mogi Masters and the Ibiassuce AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Diogo Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Carmelo Guilabertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Carmelo Guilabertus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogi Masters's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Guilabertus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betinho Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Mogi Masters were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severino Damião was the one to do the kick off. Diogo Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Mogi Masters's Robin Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Meira in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ibiassuce AD's Arnaldo Esteves got a free kick in the 64th minute. Enrique Quadros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Betinho Reis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Robin Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Damião in the 75th minute of play. Gilbert Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Betinho Reis managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Mogi Masters's Enrique Quadros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Betinho Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Quadros did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Betinho Reis 90 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ibiassuce AD booed when Mogi Masters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvério Furlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Ibiassuce AD manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Mogi Masters to win.
