The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 彭榕傲 helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes Igarau got a freekick which was hit by 彭榕傲. Juarês Motta might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavinho Pontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juarês Motta ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavinho Pontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murilo Leal's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Juarês Motta took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavinho Pontes. Flavinho Pontes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Murilo Leal scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavinho Pontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavinho Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverre Dvergsdal in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Tarcisio Flecha made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Pontes. Cacabu AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 29 played minutes Cacabu AD got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Breckenfeld. In the 30th minute, Juarês Motta made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Pontes. Cacabu AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The Igarau fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Igarau's Murilo Leal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 41st minute, Tostão Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavinho Pontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 48th minute Murilo Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 49th minute of the match Igarau got a corner. Cacabu AD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sverre Dvergsdal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdemar Torres made a kick off. In the 54th minute Sverre Dvergsdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, Igarau's Murilo Leal made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavinho Pontes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 63 minutes into the match, Cacabu AD's goal looked a bit too open when Erman Tecmil came free, but Flavinho Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Sverre Dvergsdal made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Pontes. Cacabu AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Jaime Alvarenga struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Cesinha de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cacabu AD. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murilo Leal in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavinho Pontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Torres in the 79th minute of play forced Igarau's goalkeeper Cesinha de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Cacabu AD's goal looked a bit too open when Sverre Dvergsdal came free, but Flavinho Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Breno Galvão hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Cacabu AD's goalkeeper Flavinho Pontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sverre Dvergsdal. 87 minutes into the match, Cacabu AD's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Leal came free, but Flavinho Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as 彭榕傲 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavinho Pontes. That made the score 0-12 in the 88 minute of play. Almir Gaúcho struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Flavinho Pontes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Igarau. Cacabu AD's Flavinho Pontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Cacabu AD from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Igarau could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cacabu AD throughout the match.
