After 10 played minutes Corteva FC got a freekick which was hit by Nildo Seco. Corteva FC's Nildo Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Adolfo Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogério Gonçalves in the 20th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felippe Machado during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Corteva FC's Nildo Seco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Rogério Gonçalves's late challenge caught a Corteva FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Corteva FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Rosario's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Silvério de Alcântara scored to the left of an out of position Álvaro Pimenta, making the score, 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felippe Machado made a kick off. If Silvério de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Machado in the 57th minute of play forced Corteva FC's goalkeeper João Adolfo Peixoto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rogério Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 played minutes Corteva FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Gavela. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Nildo Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corteva FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nildo Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Corteva FC's João Adolfo Peixoto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Corteva FC from getting a goal against them. Silvério de Alcântara scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Álvaro Pimenta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Corteva FC were the better team. Corteva FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
