Ramiro Meira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Júnior Toscano in the 11th minute. If Leopoldo Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ramiro Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júnior Toscano struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ramiro Meira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paratiji. 26 minutes into the match, Júnior Toscano notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Franquinha FC's Ramiro Meira. Ramiro Meira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zacarias Alves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robinho Pitta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 38 played minutes Paratiji got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Simão. After 40 played minutes Paratiji got a freekick which was hit by Júnior Toscano. Robinho Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléberson Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zacarias Alves to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Anísio de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacarias Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Robinho Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zacarias Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Paratiji's Leopoldo Fernandes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiro Meira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Didi Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71stth minute of the game Leopoldo Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Franquinha FC's Ramiro Meira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Paratiji's Robinho Pitta got control of the ball when Cléberson Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zacarias Alves struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Robinho Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Franquinha FC. When Cléberson Pena came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Franquinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cléberson Pena couldn't finish the play. Robinho Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paratiji's Robinho Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Alves in the 89th minute of play. Robinho Pitta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cléberson Pena in the 95th minute. Paratiji's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
