Josué Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Saldanha in the 5th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Tadeu Prestes put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Josué Melo. In the 11th minute Hílton Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Adelino Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelino Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeu Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Melo having to interfere. Josué Melo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Hílton Penha shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Adelino Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Saldanha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Osmar Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But to his dismay, Hílton Penha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The Itacima players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adelino Saldanha to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Hílton Penha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Itacima's Josué Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Saldanha in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a corner. Itacima's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Alberto Tróia's late challenge caught a Jumeuc Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Tadeu Prestes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Josué Melo. Josué Melo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Adelino Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. A beautiful save bye Itacima's goalie prevented a goal. In the 90th minute, Itacima's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adelino Saldanha fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot 92 in the game by Hílton Penha from a close distance when the talented Josué Melo managed to make a qualified save. Itacima's players were relieved. Adelino Saldanha had several of the Itacima's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 94 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Josué Melo as he didn't even see the shot coming.
