Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Franz Maurer started the match with the kick off. Confiança FC's Washington Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franz Maurer in the 5th minute of play. Franz Maurer took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Washington Amaral. Washington Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Dorin Cazimir came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Leto Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorin Cazimir couldn't finish the play. After having played for 10 minutes, Franz Maurer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leto Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franz Maurer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Franz Maurer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Washington Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Dorin Cazimir took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Washington Amaral. Washington Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Franz Maurer took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Washington Amaral. Washington Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 25th minute Franz Maurer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Leto Team getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Manoel Prestes hit a great ball. Tomaž Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Dorin Cazimir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Prestes in the 41st minute of play forced Confiança FC's goalkeeper Washington Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franz Maurer struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Washington Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leto Team. Washington Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Maurer, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franz Maurer in the 46th minute of play forced Confiança FC's goalkeeper Washington Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Washington Amaral came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Leto Team's Franz Maurer. But to his dismay, Franz Maurer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jardel de Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes, Confiança FC's Humberto Passos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nando Pernambucano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Confiança FC reached it. Washington Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Maurer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Dorin Cazimir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Washington Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franz Maurer's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Confiança FC's goalkeeper Washington Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorin Cazimir. With a little luck, Confiança FC's Washington Amaral got control of the ball when Dorin Cazimir tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Leto Team's Franz Maurer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Dorin Cazimir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Washington Amaral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dorin Cazimir scored 0-7 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Washington Amaral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dorin Cazimir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mathias Donato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Washington Amaral made a huge save. Confiança FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Eriberto Paiva scored to the left of an out of position Washington Amaral, making the score, 0-8. After some careless play in the Confiança FC defense, Dorin Cazimir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Washington Amaral. The Confiança FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Washington Amaral should have stopped the shot.
