Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmo Xavier in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Arnaldo Macedo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ernesto Tinoco to make any attempt to save it. Cafu Peres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Tinoco having to make a save. Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s Ernesto Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Macedo in the 21st minute of play. When Arnaldo Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the SantasticFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Macedo couldn't finish the play. Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s Ernesto Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Cavalaria Hermética F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 27thth minute of the game Arnaldo Macedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s Ernesto Tinoco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of SantasticFC booed when Cavalaria Hermética F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Vítor Esteves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35th play minutes Arnaldo Macedo shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Ernesto Tinoco and just under the crossbar into goal. Ernesto Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Macedo in the 44th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dalmo Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot. SantasticFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmo Xavier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Tinoco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of SantasticFC booed when Cavalaria Hermética F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Vítor Esteves didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute, Arnaldo Macedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Tinoco was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnaldo Macedo was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Macedo in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valdomiro Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Tinoco having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Macedo in the 59th minute of play forced Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s goalkeeper Ernesto Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dalmo Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Macedo in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Tinoco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Macedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Tinoco was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. 5-0 became the score in the 70th minute when Arnaldo Macedo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arnaldo Macedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Tinoco having to make a save. Dalmo Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ernesto Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Léo Mota hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Arnaldo Macedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s Ernesto Tinoco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ernesto Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmo Xavier in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Valdomiro Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SantasticFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Bertassi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmo Xavier in the 91st minute of play forced Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s goalkeeper Ernesto Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Tinoco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Macedo's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Dalmo Xavier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Arnaldo Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Laércio Tinoco fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavalaria Hermética F.C.'s protests and gave Laércio Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cavalaria Hermética F.C. getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Laércio Tinoco hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the SantasticFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
