In the 3rd minute Dedê Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Quintero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, Besouro SS's Dedê Dionísio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruben Quintero was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Jailson Paranaense lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Ruben Quintero. 17 minutes into the match, S.E. Palmeiras's goalkeeper Ruben Quintero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Kobra. In the 21st minute Richard Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Istivan Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.E. Palmeiras's Pedro Paulo Catarinense got a free kick in the 21st minute. Zé Kobras short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Ruben Quintero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Zé Kobra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Quintero was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Zé Kobra did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Ruben Quintero 32 minutes into the match. With his leg Ruben Quintero managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Besouro SS's Zé Kobra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 48th minute of the match Lauro Matos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Istivan Crainic showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Zé Kobra made the kick off in the second half. When Besouro SS's Zé Kobra in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.E. If Jailson Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, S.E. Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Dedê Dionísio came free, but Ruben Quintero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in S.E. Palmeiras's zone, Dedê Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Quintero came out of the goal and Dedê Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 75th play minutes Jailson Paranaense shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Ruben Quintero and just under the crossbar into goal. Jailson Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Quintero having to interfere. 88 minutes into the game, Zé Kobra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Ruben Quintero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the game, Jailson Paranaense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0.
