Luiz Fernando Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Gabriel Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fernando Lara in the 12th minute of the match. If Dagoberto Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fernando Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Tiago Gabriel Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coringão's Dida de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Mineiro in the 19th minute of play. Dé de Andrade hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Fanfarroes MZC's Alfredinho Marques slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dida de Mendonça. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. Erik Linhares's late challenge caught a Fanfarroes MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Linhares helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Coringão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Linhares to maneuver through the defense. If Luiz Fernando Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute, Natã Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Coringão's Erik Linhares got a free kick in the 41st minute. Matheus Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dida de Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dagoberto Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dida de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Walmyr Ramos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida de Mendonça. Coringão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Walmyr Ramos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 64th minute Dagoberto Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Luiz Fernando Lara notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fanfarroes MZC's Tiago Gabriel Novaes. Tiago Gabriel Novaes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 70 minutes, Dagoberto Dionísio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coringão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dagoberto Dionísio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredinho Marques took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida de Mendonça. Dida de Mendonça dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Luiz Fernando Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coringão's Dida de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Marques in the 79th minute of play. Dida de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Coringão's Dida de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Mineiro in the 84th minute of play. Luiz Fernando Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Tiago Gabriel Novaes made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Walmyr Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luiz Fernando Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Fanfarroes MZC were victorious despite being under pressure from Coringão for much of the match.
