Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Luiz Fernando Lara made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the game, Virgílio Linhares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dida de Mendonça. Virgílio Linhares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 10 played minutes Coringão got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando Lara. Dida de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Linhares in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Dé de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dida de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 17 played minutes PeterDias FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo José Brito. Coringão's Dida de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgílio Linhares in the 21st minute of play. After 23 minutes, Cléber Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coringão and the PeterDias FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Coringão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléber Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes PeterDias FC got a freekick which was hit by Dito Fonseca. Dagoberto Dionísio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Virgílio Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Jânio Linhares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dida de Mendonça. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of PeterDias FC booed when Coringão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Virgílio Linhares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dida de Mendonça was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, Luiz Fernando Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chico Fantini. PeterDias FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Fernando Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgílio Linhares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erik Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Dida de Mendonça came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by PeterDias FC's Virgílio Linhares. But to his dismay, Virgílio Linhares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Sidney Corrêa fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PeterDias FC's protests and gave Sidney Corrêa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Coringão booed when PeterDias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cláudio Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Virgílio Linhares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of PeterDias FC booed when Coringão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dé de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dida de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the game, one of Coringão:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for PeterDias FC. Virgílio Linhares stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dida de Mendonça. 4-1. Erik Linhares hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Chico Fantini made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Erik Linhares sent off a good shot on target. Dida de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo José Brito in the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the PeterDias FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
