After 13 played minutes, G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Romeu Lira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduardo Moura came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE reached it. André Luiz Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Edgar Pombal got a free kick in the 27th minute. Magno Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Pernambucano in the 33rd minute of play forced G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Evaristo Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. André Luiz Pernambucano was the one to do the kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evaristo Vander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 72 played minutes G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Donato. After 75 minutes of play, G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Magno Azevedo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Moura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toninho Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Vander having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game André Luiz Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Evaristo Vander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evaristo Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, André Luiz Pernambucano notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of G5 FUTEBOL CLUBE's Evaristo Vander. Evaristo Vander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vasco Mineiro FC had played much better football throughout.
