An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Motta in the 13th minute of play forced Tabaco SS's goalkeeper Oséias Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oséias Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Tabaco SS's Oséias Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Dantas in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Tabaco SS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Agostinho Andrade hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Evandro Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oséias Silveira. Tabaco SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evandro Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tabaco SS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jacareipe.
