Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Genílson Alvarenga took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5th play minutes Gernando Berger shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Sílvio de Sousa and just under the crossbar into goal. With 10 minutes on the clock, Válbson Hermes commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Sílvio de Sousa, was totally fooled by Golden State Warriors's Noel de Castro, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 15 minutes into the match, Silves AD's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Baptista came free, but Sílvio de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseu Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Paranaense having to interfere. Ian Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Silves AD's Sílvio de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Baptista in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Silves AD booed when Golden State Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Gernando Berger made a precise shot to the right of Sílvio de Sousa. Silves AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Gernando Berger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sílvio de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gernando Berger who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Sílvio de Sousa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gernando Berger in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sílvio de Sousa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldinho Baptista made a kick off. After some careless play in the Silves AD defense, Ronaldinho Baptista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sílvio de Sousa. The Silves AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sílvio de Sousa should have stopped the shot. Silves AD's Sílvio de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Baptista in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Eliseu Dionísio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silves AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseu Dionísio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes Golden State Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Armando Jacinto. After 64 minutes of play, Golden State Warriors's Ronaldinho Baptista made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sílvio de Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Gernando Berger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio de Sousa was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After 76 minutes, Gernando Berger made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Silves AD's Sílvio de Sousa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sílvio de Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gernando Berger's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Golden State Warriors's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eliseu Dionísio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. André Luís Botelho's late challenge caught a Silves AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Luís Botelho helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Golden State Warriors got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Botelho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldinho Baptista in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sílvio de Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Golden State Warriors's Gernando Berger in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silves AD's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldinho Baptista in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sílvio de Sousa saved Silves AD from getting behind. After some careless play in the Silves AD defense, Gernando Berger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sílvio de Sousa. The Silves AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sílvio de Sousa should have stopped the shot. Eliseu Dionísio struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Ian Paranaense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silves AD. There was no doubt that Golden State Warriors were the better team. Golden State Warriors's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
