Mané Marques took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elano Miranda. Elano Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Vânderson Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elano Miranda having to interfere. Elano Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Vieiras's Elano Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Marques in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Vieiras got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Vinhas. Silas da Rocha's late challenge caught a Vieiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silas da Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Stand By was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. João Paulo Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Breckenfeld in the 22nd minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Nico Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stand By's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nico Ramos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Vânderson Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elano Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Ramos in the 28th minute of the match. Elano Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elano Miranda made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Mané Marques sent off a good shot on target. Elano Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mané Marques in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vieiras's zone, Mané Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elano Miranda came out of the goal and Mané Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the game, Mané Marques lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Elano Miranda. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Augusto Fernandes hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rdth minute of the game Mané Marques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vieiras's Elano Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vieiras's Elano Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Ramos in the 55th minute of play. Stand By's João Paulo Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caio Queiroz in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Stand By was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vânderson Zonta to maneuver through the defense. In the 60thth minute of the game Mané Marques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vieiras's Elano Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Mané Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elano Miranda was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Augusto Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70thth minute of the game Mané Marques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vieiras's Elano Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 76 played minutes Stand By got a freekick which was hit by Nico Ramos. When Vânderson Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Stand By fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vânderson Zonta couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Mané Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elano Miranda was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Nico Ramos struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Elano Miranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stand By. Vieiras's Elano Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Marques in the 88th minute of play. When Stand By's Mané Marques in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vieiras's goalie prevented a goal. Mané Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Elano Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Stand By had played much better football throughout.
