Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armandinho Loureiro started the match with the kick off. Atlético-MG's Amos Nero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético-MG from getting a goal against them. In the 7th match minute, Atlético-MG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulão Lago to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the 50 Tons de Idade defense, Sydney Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Betão Mazza. The 50 Tons de Idade fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Betão Mazza should have stopped the shot. Betão Mazza came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético-MG's Sydney Antunes. But to his dismay, Sydney Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, Juan Soeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético-MG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 50 Tons de Idade the free kick. In the 17th minute, Juan Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betão Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Antunes in the 25th minute of play. 50 Tons de Idade's Betão Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Antunes in the 31st minute of play. Amos Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Vidal in the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Atlético-MG's Sydney Antunes got a free kick in the 40th minute. Armandinho Loureiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Amos Nero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, 50 Tons de Idade's Rafa Vidal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amos Nero. Amos Nero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sydney Antunes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atlético-MG's Amos Nero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Vidal in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Atlético-MG's Sydney Antunes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Betão Mazza. Betão Mazza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Amos Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armandinho Loureiro in the 57th minute of the match. When Armandinho Loureiro got free in front of the goal in the 58th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Amos Nero was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Amos Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Vidal in the 60th minute of the match. Amos Nero came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by 50 Tons de Idade's Armandinho Loureiro. But to his dismay, Armandinho Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Artur Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Amos Nero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 50 Tons de Idade. 72 minutes into the match, Atlético-MG's goal looked a bit too open when Armandinho Loureiro came free, but Amos Nero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Sydney Antunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Betão Mazza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. Armandinho Loureiro scored 3-7 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amos Nero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute Sydney Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Nascimento charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur Nascimento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 50 Tons de Idade getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Artur Nascimento hit a great ball. With a little luck, 50 Tons de Idade's Betão Mazza got control of the ball when Adelino Perez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juan Soeiro hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Amos Nero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Vidal in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Vidal in the 96th minute of play forced Atlético-MG's goalkeeper Amos Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
