When José Carlos Galvan fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newtown EC's protests and gave José Carlos Galvan a yellow card for diving instead. Newtown EC's Redent Evil got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedrão Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedrão Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Newtown EC booed when Barbie Doll United U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrão Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Arce in the 29th minute of play forced Newtown EC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Elói Schmidt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Barral was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves A.J. 夏侯惇 could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Orlando Barral however easily saved by the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor de Souza made a kick off. In the 55th minute Victor de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Orlando Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor de Souza in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, José Carlos Galvan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Barbie Doll United U23's goal looked a bit too open when Redent Evil came free, but Orlando Barral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Newtown EC's José Carlos Galvan got a free kick in the 78th minute. Orlando Barral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orlando Barral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Redent Evil went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Newtown EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
