After 7 played minutes GeRaÇãO-83 got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Gonzo. In the 9th minute of the match Nova Era got a corner. GeRaÇãO-83's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guaberto Rocio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Nova Era's Guaberto Rocio to fire away a dangerous shot which Guto Jacinto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Beltrán in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guto Jacinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GeRaÇãO-83's Guto Jacinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save GeRaÇãO-83 from getting a goal against them. Guto Jacinto made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Lucas Beltrán sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, Ren Jie Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chico Pinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alpheios Logarakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nova Era's supporters rose to their feet, but Alpheios Logarakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guto Jacinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chico Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Ancelotti, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Reynaldo Mello made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by GeRaÇãO-83's Dionisio Gonzo. The throw-in from Dionisio Gonzo in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nova Era's Eugênio Meireles. In the 39th minute, Carl Ancelotti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chico Pinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, GeRaÇãO-83's Ren Jie Fan got a free kick in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 43rd minute of play forced GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Guto Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Didi Couto made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Guto Jacinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by GeRaÇãO-83's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guaberto Rocio was slow to take the kick. During this time Nova Era's players had a chance to rest. Alpheios Logarakis was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 61 minutes into the game, Carl Ancelotti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chico Pinho. Carl Ancelotti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Remigiusz Labus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Guto Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chico Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Jie Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nova Era's Chico Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ren Jie Fan in the 70th minute of play. Dionisio Gonzo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Beltrán in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guto Jacinto saved GeRaÇãO-83 from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Eugênio Meireles came free, but Guto Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eugênio Meireles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guto Jacinto was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Chico Pinho was a little too slow when Carl Ancelotti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Ren Jie Fan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guto Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 89th minute of play forced GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Guto Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigiusz Labus might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guto Jacinto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remigiusz Labus ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched GeRaÇãO-83 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
