In the 4th minute Carolo Dolcet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Rioja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carolo Dolcet struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Raul Rioja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xanadú. After 7 played minutes Manantiales AFC got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Orland. In the 10th match minute, Manantiales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Escobar to maneuver through the defense. When Abelardo Petri fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xanadú's protests and gave Abelardo Petri a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Xanadú's Abelardo Petri got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute Melchor Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Matias Papo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marciano Bermudo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melchor Regis during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Melchor Regis kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Carolo Dolcet put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Raul Rioja. Marciano Bermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Regis in the 41st minute of play. Raul Rioja was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abelardo Petri. In the 46th minute Melchor Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Marciano Bermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xanadú's Abelardo Petri got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Abelardo Petri off the ground. In the 62nd match minute, Xanadú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Petri to maneuver through the defense. Xanadú's Marciano Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Papo in the 72nd minute of play. Marciano Bermudo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Natal in the 75th minute. Manantiales AFC's Jose Natal got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Regis in the 78th minute of play forced Xanadú's goalkeeper Marciano Bermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Albano Hegoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xanadú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantiales AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Xanadú's Albano Hegoi got a free kick in the 90th minute. The Xanadú support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
