Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Feliberto Nayely took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of 16 de agosto booed when Funes Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Karlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Quinten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Funes Futbol Club getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Benigno Txomin hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, 16 de agosto's Silvestre Inautzi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Silvestre Inautzi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 16 de agosto protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Silvestre Inautzi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Silvestre Inautzi hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Joel Herensuge hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Niceto Orlandus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Nayely's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Mikelats Barragan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomas Thomas struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Benito Karlo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 16 de agosto. Benito Karlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Bixintxo in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Tomas Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. 16 de agosto's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Karlo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Thomas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Niceto Orlandus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 de agosto's Simon Ulizes was substituted for Sergio Su. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Thomas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Karlo. That made the score 0-1 in the 64 minute of play. Tomas Thomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Karlo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Funes Futbol Club 's Severiano Gauargi got a free kick in the 75th minute. 16 de agosto's Romeo Eudoxio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Severo Michael, made in the 77th minute of the game. Benito Karlo was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Tomas Thomas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Thomas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2.
