Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sergio Dominix took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mingo Turrilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Dominix in the 3rd minute of play. In the 3rd match minute, Franklin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Montay to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Franklin FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Tomás Montay hit a great ball. Jorge Dei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Txeru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Anacleto Txeru notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Franklin FC's Jorge Dei. Jorge Dei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th match minute, Franklin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Montay to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Franklin FC's zone, Anacleto Txeru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Dei came out of the goal and Anacleto Txeru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Sergio Dominix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Franklin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Dominix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of CAP booed when Franklin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Perutxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Txeru was the one to do the kick off. Sergio Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mingo Turrilla having to interfere. If Sergio Dominix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Dei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Txeru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Franklin FC's Sergio Dominix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mingo Turrilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. CAP's Mingo Turrilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Porfirio in the 62nd minute of play. Sergio Dominix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mingo Turrilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Franklin FC's Sergio Dominix got a free kick in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CAP's zone, Hernan Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mingo Turrilla came out of the goal and Hernan Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anacleto Txeru in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jorge Dei, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Anacleto Txeru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Jorge Dei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 85 in the game by Anacleto Txeru from a close distance when the talented Jorge Dei managed to make a qualified save. Franklin FC's players were relieved. Domingo Boniel struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jorge Dei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAP. Despite being the better team, CAP failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
