Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bonifacio Beat got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes Encrucijada FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Sugar. In the 9th minute Mateo Geofredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Sedeni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Mero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Sedeni. Descado's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bruno Sedeni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Nalo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Baldomero Sendoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Descado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Encrucijada FC the free kick. In the 15th minute, Baldomero Sendoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19thth minute of the game Elpidio Nalo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Descado's Bruno Sedeni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Izel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Urre having to make a save. In the 24th minute, Elpidio Nalo made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Sedeni. Descado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Encrucijada FC's Amado Lander got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 46 played minutes Encrucijada FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Geofredo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 51st minute Elpidio Nalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Sedeni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Urre having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Igor Izel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Descado's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Izel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Urre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Geofredo in the 62nd minute of the match. Igor Izel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Urre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Americo Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Izel in the 67th minute of play. Igor Izel struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Americo Urre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Descado. Fabio Olo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Elpidio Nalo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Encrucijada FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Bruno Sedeni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Nalo's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Mateo Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Encrucijada FC booed when Descado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Veto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Urre came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Descado's Carmelo Acosta. But to his dismay, Carmelo Acosta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Descado's Igor Izel got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Igor Izel came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Descado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Izel couldn't finish the play. Americo Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Igor Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Urre having to interfere.
