Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pozuelos's Timoteo Marko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Oihan in the 9th minute of play. After 11th play minutes Hilario Maria shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Rolando Franco and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pozuelos's zone, Luis Monte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Marko came out of the goal and Luis Monte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hilario Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fortaleza FC's zone, Hilario Maria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Franco came out of the goal and Hilario Maria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Oihan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Timoteo Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Raymundo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The supporters of Pozuelos booed when Fortaleza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Dino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Hilario Maria sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fortaleza FC's Rolando Franco didn't even have to move. After 33 played minutes Pozuelos got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Soter. In the 39th match minute, Fortaleza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Oihan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Oihan made a kick off. Andres Hayman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Timoteo Marko. Pozuelos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Oihan got free with Timoteo Marko in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hilario Maria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Franco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Timoteo Marko went to the wrong direction when Rene Formerio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Fortaleza FC's Jacobo Mikeldi was substituted for Andres Hayman. Jonas Oihan might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timoteo Marko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Oihan ran back to his position shaking his head. After 71 played minutes Fortaleza FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Oihan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Distiratsu in the 74th minute of play forced Fortaleza FC's goalkeeper Rolando Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Fortaleza FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Baleren. 78 minutes into the match, Luis Monte notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Pozuelos's Timoteo Marko. Timoteo Marko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 81 minutes into the game, Fortaleza FC's Jonas Oihan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Marko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Jonas Oihan charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Oihan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Oihan in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Marko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Fortaleza FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fortaleza FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
