Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Freddy Fertus made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Capos VRT's zone, Robustiano Ekialde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Demesio came out of the goal and Robustiano Ekialde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ferro's Robustiano Ekialde got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Los Capos VRT's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Ekialde came free, but Humberto Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Demesio came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Ferro's Robustiano Ekialde. But to his dismay, Robustiano Ekialde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Los Capos VRT fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! 28 minutes into the match, Los Capos VRT's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Ekialde came free, but Humberto Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Ekialde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Demesio having to interfere. When Rolando Rocendo fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Capos VRT's protests and gave Rolando Rocendo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ferro booed when Los Capos VRT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Rocendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robustiano Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teofilo Dantae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Ferro were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Dantae to make the kick off. The supporters of Los Capos VRT booed when Ferro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Humberto Demesio managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Ferro's Robustiano Ekialde fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victorino Guifre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Panpili having to interfere. Ferro's Agustin Panpili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Dantae in the 65th minute of play. Justo Karlo's late challenge caught a Los Capos VRT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justo Karlo helped the player get up and apologised. Justo Karlo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Victorino Guifre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute, Nestor Paez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Teofilo Dantae came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Los Capos VRT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Dantae couldn't finish the play. If Robustiano Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Demesio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robustiano Ekialde in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Los Capos VRT's Jesus Maura got a free kick in the 79th minute. The supporters of Ferro booed when Los Capos VRT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Rocendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robustiano Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Agustin Panpili didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Dantae went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. If Robustiano Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
